We collect your name, email address, mobile number and date of birth during account creation. If you verify your identity, a copy of your ID document is also stored in our secure document vault, encrypted and accessible only to our verification team.

UPI IDs and Paytm-linked mobile numbers are retained only for the period needed to reconcile the transaction and satisfy applicable financial regulations. They are not used for marketing and are never shared with unrelated third parties.

Yes. Submit a data access request through Account Settings under Privacy Requests, or email our privacy team. We will compile and deliver a structured copy of your data within the timeframe required under applicable law, usually within 30 days.

Use the deletion request option in the Privacy Requests form inside your account settings. We will action it within five working days. Some transaction records may be retained for the legally required period even after deletion of profile data.
